We want YOU!

Think you have what it takes to be a roller derby all-star?! They come in all ages, shapes and sizes. Test your mettle and give it a shot with us. Our next new skater class begins in January!

Bay State Brawlers Roller Derby offers a new skater class that runs for 8 weeks and is designed to bring skaters up to a full-contact skill level. (Followed by a 4 week contact period to bring skaters up to scrimmaging level.) We will teach you everything from skating basics, to proper falling, stopping, and hitting.  No previous skating experience is required! Just bring your enthusiasm and protective gear, we’ll help you with the rest. You must be 18 or older and identify as female to join as a skater.

To sign up for the next new skater class, beginning January 17th, complete the registration form and tell us a little about yourself! If you have questions or would like more information, e-mail with your contact information to join@baystatebrawlers.com.

There are only 25 spots in this class for skaters and skating officials, and we book first come first serve, so space is limited. (If you’re an experienced roller derby skater looking to join Bay State, see our Transfers page.)

I am here to tell you, if I can do it, you absolutely can. If you don’t at least check out this new skater class, you’re cheating yourself out of the coolest thing you will ever do!
