Bay State Brawlers Roller Derby is a skater-operated Massachusetts nonprofit.* The league is run by a five-member Board of Directors and eight Committee Chairs, elected annually by the active membership. Every active league member must sit on at least one committee, and literally everything that gets done around here, gets done by group effort.
